Mason Paw Transport (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who helps us handle it.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Your name, email address, and phone number, and how you prefer to be contacted
• Trip details such as pickup and destination cities, ZIP codes, airports, and dates
• Information about your pets, such as name, type, breed, weight, age, and health or behavior notes
• Transportation requirements and any other notes you include
• How you heard about us, if you tell us, plus how you first reached our website: the first page you opened, the name of the website that sent you (for example, google.com), and any campaign tags on the link you used. We do not record full web addresses or your search terms.

When you pay a trip deposit or buy merchandise, we also collect:

• For merchandise orders: your name, email, optional phone number, and U.S. shipping address, plus the items you ordered
• A record of each payment: the amount, the payment method you chose, its status, and the payment company’s reference number

Card and PayPal payments are entered on the payment company’s own secure page (Stripe, Square, or PayPal), not on this website, so we never see or store your full card number. For Zelle and Venmo, you send the payment from your own app and we record that we received it. We do not ask for government ID numbers on this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. To prevent spam and abuse of our quote form, we keep short-lived counters based on a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address; we do not store your IP address with your request.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request and prepare a quote
• To plan and provide transportation services you book with us
• To process deposits and orders, and to make and ship merchandise you buy
• To communicate with you about your trip
• To protect our website from spam and abuse
• To understand which ways of finding us (search, social media, referrals) bring in requests

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers we use

We share information only as needed to run the website and respond to you, or when required by law:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and stores quote requests in a database that only our team can access.
• Resend delivers the email notification that tells our team about your request. That email includes the details you submitted.
• Stripe, Square, and PayPal process card and PayPal payments you choose to make with them, under their own privacy policies. We send them the amount, a description, and (for some providers) your email address.
• Printify prints and ships merchandise orders. We send it your name, shipping address, email, phone (if given), and the items ordered.
• Zelle and Venmo payments are made between your app and ours; those services’ own policies apply.
• Google Fonts provides the fonts used on our pages; your browser requests them directly from Google, which receives your IP address.

Links to other sites — such as our social media pages, CitizenShipper reviews, our separate merchandise store, and Amazon — are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

Cookies

The public pages of this website do not use advertising or analytics cookies. To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites; it records anonymous page-view information such as the page visited, the referring site, and your browser and country. It is not used on our payment, order, or staff pages. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser’s storage on your device. So that a quote request can tell us how you found us, your browser also remembers your first page, the referring website’s name, and any link tags for 30 days; this stays on your device and is only sent to us if you submit a quote request. Our staff-only admin area uses a single sign-in cookie to keep authorized team members logged in. Payment pages run by Stripe, Square, or PayPal may use their own cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and related records for up to 2 years, so we can respond to you, provide services you book, and maintain our business records, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your request sooner at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by contacting us using the details below.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — for example, by adding photo uploads, analytics, or new service providers — we will update this page and the date above.
