Services
What is the difference between private and shared transport?
Private transport is a dedicated trip for your pet (or pets from one household) with no other animals and a direct route. Shared transport means your pet travels with other pets on a planned route, which usually costs less but has more flexible timing.
What is a flight nanny?
A flight nanny is a person who flies with your pet in the airplane cabin on a commercial flight and hands them off at the destination. It is mainly an option for small pets that meet airline in-cabin size limits.
Can my pet use the flight nanny service?
Only pets that meet in-cabin airline size requirements are eligible — usually under 20 lbs including the carrier. A health certificate and an airline-approved soft-sided carrier are required. Domestic and select international flights are available.
What does the flight nanny price include?
Your flight nanny quote includes the airfare, the airline’s pet fee, an airline-approved carrier, and ground transfers to and from the airports.
What happens during a road trip?
We stop for bathroom breaks every 3–4 hours and send photo updates of your pet. Puppies never touch the ground at stops, and mobile housing is cleaned regularly. Every pet gets a new, sanitized riding-buddy toy. Food is given as you instruct, water is available at all times, and any medication is given as instructed.
How long does a long-distance trip take?
Most deliveries happen between 24 and 72 hours after pickup, depending on the location.
What do I need to provide?
We carry small, medium, and large crates, plus collars, leashes, food, and water. We recommend sending your pet’s regular food so their stomach doesn’t get upset by something new, along with any medications and instructions.
Can I reach you during the trip?
Yes — we are always available by phone. For safety, text messages are read and answered at bathroom and gas breaks rather than while driving.
Will my pet be in a crate?
On Group Rides, every pet travels in an individual crate for safety and comfort. Private Solo Rides have no other animals in the vehicle.
Do you only serve Dallas–Fort Worth?
No. We are based in Dallas–Fort Worth and serve all 50 states — from local DFW rides to long-distance trips across the country. Send us your route in a quote request.
What kinds of animals do you transport?
Dogs and cats are our most common passengers, and we have also transported ferrets, rabbits, and miniature animals. Tell us about your animal in your quote request — size, temperament, and any special needs — so we can plan the right ride.
Pricing & booking
How much does pet transport cost?
Every trip is quoted individually based on distance, service type, number and size of pets, and timing. Use the Request a Quote form and we’ll reply with a custom quote.
How quickly will I hear back about a quote?
We reply to quote requests within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
Please give us at least 24–48 hours’ notice. For long-distance trips and busy travel seasons like holidays and summer, booking earlier gives you the most options.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your trip, and the remaining balance is due at drop-off. After you accept your quote, we send you a private payment link for the deposit by text and email.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancel 72 hours or more before your scheduled pickup and your deposit is fully refunded; within 72 hours of pickup, the deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. If we ever have to cancel, you get a full refund of everything you paid. For flight nanny trips, airline tickets bought for your pet’s trip follow the airline’s change and refund rules.
What payment methods do you accept?
Your deposit link currently accepts Zelle and Venmo, and the payment instructions are shown right on the link.
Preparing your pet
What documents does my pet need?
Requirements depend on the trip. Flights typically require documents set by the airline, and some destinations have their own rules. We’ll tell you what is needed when we confirm your trip.
What should I pack for my pet?
Commonly helpful items include your pet’s regular food, any medications with written instructions, a familiar blanket or toy, and a leash and collar with ID tags. See our Pet Travel Blog for a full checklist.
Can I get updates during the trip?
Yes. We provide GPS tracking so you can follow your pet’s route along the way, plus photo updates. Flight nanny trips include real-time updates, photos, and travel milestones.
